Director of Restoration

Annie Lo has extensive experience working with the design and remediation of building envelope and waterproofing systems. She conducts investigations, peer reviews, and oversees the technical design and testing of exterior envelope systems. Annie also comes from a historic preservation background of restoring landmark buildings in San Francisco.

In addition to her knowledge of evaluating below-grade waterproofing systems, plaza decks, balconies, and roofing configurations, Annie focuses on the design and repair of exterior wall assemblies. She provides expertise related to air barrier systems and the design of rainscreen wall systems. Annie has worked with building owners and property management companies on full building envelope re-cladding projects. She conducts façade assessments in order to evaluate the condition of concrete, terracotta, brick masonry, cement plaster, glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC), and exterior insulated finish systems (EIFS). Annie is also experienced in water testing fenestration systems such as curtain walls, window walls, and storefronts.
