Vladimir is a Restoration Consultant based in our Seattle office. He has been in restoration and new design engineering since 1996. Vlad’s experience includes structural design and forensic engineering of multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare facilities, and bridges. He has worked with building owners, property management companies, insurance companies, healthcare facilities, and government agencies. He has investigated deteriorating high-rise buildings, parking garages, stadiums, arenas, steel building collapses, prestressed concrete slabs, precast concrete and brick building facades.

Currently he is focusing on forensic building investigations, façade and curtain wall evaluations, condition appraisals, corrosion related deterioration, concrete and masonry repair, as well as building leakage evaluations. Areas of expertise include damage assessments, construction defect analysis, and structural repair design. Vladimir also has extensive experience in litigation support, expert witness testimony and deposition services.
